What we collect

Photos you upload, and the videos generated from them. Free previews are tied to an anonymous browser session identifier; account content is tied to your account.

Account data: your email address and authentication state, handled by our authentication provider.

Product analytics: page views and funnel events such as preview started or checkout started, tied to a session or user identifier. We do not collect names, addresses or browsing history outside this product.

Abuse-prevention signals: a coarse device signature and a hashed network identifier, used only to rate-limit free previews.

Processors

Generation runs through Google's Veo model via our AI gateway. Your selected source image is sent to that provider to produce the video.

Storage, database and authentication run on our managed cloud backend. Payments, when enabled, are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store card details.

Storage and access

Generated videos and source images are stored in private buckets. Access is granted through short-lived signed URLs; files are not publicly listable.

You can delete your videos from the library at any time. Deleting your account removes associated content.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to hello@vellivo.app.

We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent. Transactional messages relate to your own generations and payments.
