Question 1

What is an AI property video generator?

Accepted Answer

It is a tool that creates a short video from a still property photo instead of from filmed footage. Vellivo analyses the photo you upload, then generates realistic camera movement through that same space, so a listing image becomes a moving clip you can use in your marketing.

Question 2

Can I turn real estate photos into a video?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload the listing photos you already have — exterior, living room, kitchen, bedroom — and each one can be turned into a cinematic clip for the listing page, a portal, or social media.

Question 3

Can I create an Airbnb or vacation rental video from photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hosts typically start from the photos already published on their listing. Download them from your listing, upload them here, and you get short videos suited to Instagram, Reels, TikTok and direct booking pages.

Question 4

Can Vellivo create hotel marketing videos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hotel rooms, suites, lobbies, terraces and spa areas all work the same way: the photo you upload is the scene, and the generated clip moves through it without changing it.

Question 5

Do I need to film my property?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no camera, gimbal, drone or crew involved. The only input is your existing property photography.

Question 6

Does the video preserve my furniture and layout?

Accepted Answer

That is the core constraint. The model is instructed to move the camera through the scene while keeping architecture, furniture, materials and the view exactly as photographed, and every clip is checked against the source photo before it reaches you.

Question 7

Does Vellivo change my property?

Accepted Answer

No. Generation starts from your own photo and the model is instructed to add camera movement only — not to redesign rooms, furniture, architecture or views. Every preview is automatically checked for visual consistency with the source photo before you see it.

Question 8

Can I use an Airbnb listing?

Accepted Answer

Automatic import from a listing URL is not enabled yet, because we do not bypass platform protections. Download the photos from your listing and upload them here — the result is identical.

Question 9

Can I use Booking.com?

Accepted Answer

Same as Airbnb: automatic import is not enabled yet. Upload your property photos and everything else works normally.

Question 10

How long does generation take?

Accepted Answer

A free preview is usually ready in a few minutes. It runs on our servers, so you can leave the tab and come back.

Question 11

How realistic are the videos?

Accepted Answer

They are AI-generated from your still photo, with realistic camera motion. They look like a filmed clip of your space, but they are generated content, not a recording.

Question 12

Do you use my real photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes — only the photos you upload. Nothing is added from stock libraries or other listings.

Question 13

What happens if the AI generates something inaccurate?

Accepted Answer

Our quality check compares the output with your source photo. If it does not pass, the clip is regenerated automatically, and you never see the failed attempt. If it still fails on a paid render, the credits are returned.

Question 14

Can I use the videos commercially?

Accepted Answer

You can use them to market the property shown in your photos, subject to our terms and the rules of the platform you publish on. You are responsible for making sure the content accurately represents your listing.

Question 15

Do I need a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. You can buy credit packs as you need them. Subscriptions exist for hosts who publish regularly.

Question 16

What are credits?

Accepted Answer

Credits are used when generating paid AI video clips. The free preview costs nothing. Internal quality retries are never charged to you.

Question 17

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time. You keep the credits already in your wallet.

Question 18

How long is the free preview?

Accepted Answer

6 seconds, generated from one selected photo, watermarked, with no account or card required.
